• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with families and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and student advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and regularly evaluate IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to meet each learners strengths and goals.
• Collect data and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student confidence, participation, and independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in line with school and state requirements.
• Actively participate in school meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions.
