An opportunity is available for a skilled Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in a vibrant school setting in Warren, MI. This contract position focuses on delivering tailored educational experiences to students with diverse learning needs, promoting their academic growth and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with students unique requirements.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and specialists to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive, proactive interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting.
