Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Texas special education certification required
• Prior experience teaching or supporting students with exceptionalities in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and creativity in instructional strategies to meet varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and interventions tailored to each student's IEP
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support inclusive practices
