- Previous experience working with students in special education settings

- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with a variety of instructional strategies and accommodations
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and challenges
- Directly instruct students across varying ability levels, modifying curriculum to support accessibility
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting methods as needed to drive achievement
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage social, academic, and emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
