Job Description
A full-time Special Education Teacher/Reading Interventionist is needed to provide one-on-one telehealth support to middle or high school students. This contract position requires working remotely with students to deliver targeted reading and special education services.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized telehealth instruction using Orton Gillingham methodology
- Developing and implementing specialized reading intervention plans
- Collaborating with families and school staff to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student growth and adjusting interventions as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher License
- Orton Gillingham Credential
- Experience working 1:1 with middle or high school students
- Strong communication skills for remote instruction
Location: Remote work serving students located in Braintree, MA.
