This opportunity calls for motivated educators who are ready to deliver high-quality instruction across a diverse caseload of students spanning elementary through high school grade levels. Candidates must hold a valid General Education teaching license and the required certifications for teaching in a school setting.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and active General Education teaching license
- Relevant state teaching credentials/certifications
- Experience working within K-12 classrooms (inclusion and/or resource settings and general education)
- Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt instruction to varying learning styles and support diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage and instruct K-12 students across multiple subjects using best practice teaching strategies
- Adapt lessons to accommodate varying class sizes, groupings, and individual learning requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals as needed for students receiving specialized services
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Proactively communicate with students, staff, and families
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment in compliance with state and district policies
