Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Manage a caseload of 16 students, ensuring personalized support and resources
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and staff to create a comprehensive support system
• Provide both direct therapy services and guidance for indirect services
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Facilitate a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
