Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored educational instruction to students with special needs across multiple caseloads
• Develop, assess, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Create a supportive and structured learning environment that fosters student engagement and growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student's education
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school activities
