Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Special Education teaching license and credentials
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in K-12 settings
• Ability to manage a K-12 caseload and meet compliance requirements
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Dedication to inclusive education and student advocacy

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess instruction for students with varying abilities in an inclusion model
• Develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
