Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Savage, Minnesota
Grade Levels: K-6th grade
Hours: Full-time
**Resource teaching position

Join our team as a Special Education Teacher for the current school year in Savage, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to K-6th grade students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to support students' academic and social development
  • Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teaching License in Minnesota
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Flexibility and adaptability in meeting students' unique needs
