In this full-time role located near Sauk Rapids, MN, youll make a meaningful impact providing instruction and support tailored to each learners unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Minnesota special education teaching license required
• Experience working with special education students at elementary, middle, and/or high school grades preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans based on individual education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning abilities and meet IEP goals
• Assess and document student progress, adjusting instruction and supports as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure coordinated services and effective inclusion
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth, challenges, and successes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain accurate records and submit required reports in a timely manner
