Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload, providing direct and indirect instruction tailored to individual abilities and goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive educational environment
- Utilize data-driven instructional methods to support academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with all special education laws and regulations
