Job Description

A Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school in Saint Paul, MN, to cover a leave of absence on a contract basis. This role focuses on delivering tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes growth and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective learning strategies

  • Maintain comprehensive records and communicate regularly with families and school administration
  • Support social and emotional development alongside academic achievement

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification in Special Education
