Job Description

An opportunity is available for a licensed Special Education Teacher to serve a full-time caseload of K-12 students for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite, contract position offers the chance to support diverse learners in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with special needs across grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with parents, educators, and specialists.
  • Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and document outcomes.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal education regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teaching Credential or equivalent state licensure.
  • Proven experience working with K-12 special education students is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, instructional techniques, and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs and fostering student success.
