An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide resource support primarily for middle school students, focusing on 8th-grade English Language Arts and Earth and Space Science. This full-time contract position is based near Marana, AZ, within a supportive elementary educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource teaching services to middle school students, specializing in 8th-grade ELA and ESS.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student learning and adapt instructional materials accordingly.
• Facilitate individualized assistance tailored to the diverse needs of students without direct case management or IEP writing responsibilities.
• Implement effective strategies to enhance student engagement and educational outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Arizona Special Education (SPED) teaching license is mandatory.
• Experience working within elementary or middle school settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education methodologies and curriculum adaptation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
