Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction tailored to each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP) within an elementary school environment.
• Participate in the TACT-2 behavioral assessment program, applying techniques and data collection as trained.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and school teams to create engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting progress and needs through designated digital platforms.
• Provide direct support to students in both academic and behavioral development, modeling patience and encouragement.
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in meetings as needed to discuss progress and strategies.
