A contract position is available fora licensed professional eager to impact students lives in a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on providing specialized education services to elementary, middle, and high school students with varying needs for the 2025-2026 school year, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Provide support and instruction to students with emotional and behavioral disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers through co-teaching strategies and differentiate instruction in the classroom.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports that reflect students development and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan special education endorsement.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
