Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Valid Pennsylvania certification in Special Education and Elementary Education
• For the Wilson Reading position: experience with the Wilson Language System is required
• Previous teaching or support experience with K-8 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instructional support to students according to their IEPs
• Create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment for diverse learners
• Implement evidence-based strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, families, and support staff to ensure educational success
• Track and report student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
• Actively participate in professional development and ongoing training
