Job Description

Full-Time Special Education Teacher Job Opportunity in Illinois.

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school district near the Orland Park, IL areato locate and hire a Full-Time Special Education Teacher for this current school year. The self-containedclassroom serves K/1 or 1st-2nd grade students with autism.

Job Qualifications:

An Illinois LBS1 Certification is required.
Experience in special education and autism support is preferred.
Effective communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Job Details:

Full-time, M-F, Based on School Schedule
6-7 students, supported by 3 aides (individual and classroom aides based on IEPs).
Implement and manage IEPs, collaborate with behavior specialists and SLPs, and support student development in academic and behavioral areas.
