Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instruction tailored to individual students IEPs, ensuring educational goals are met
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Assess student progress and adjust interventions to optimize learning outcomes
  • Work closely with general education teachers to coordinate accommodations and modifications
  • Maintain confidential records, complete required reporting, and communicate with families
  • Support social-emotional development and encourage self-advocacy in students
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
