Special Education Teacher Job Opportunity in Connecticut

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a Full-Time Special Education Teacher to work with K-12 students in a Connecticut school district. This position will involve providing academic and behavioral support in a structured setting.

Qualifications:

Connecticut Special Education Teaching Certification required.
Experience in self-contained, resource, or inclusive settings is preferred.
Strong ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and implement IEPs aligned with student needs.
Provide individualized and small-group instruction.
Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and school administrators.
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
