Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques

• Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to meet individual student needs
• Excellent collaboration skills with staff, administration, and families
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
• Assess student progress and update IEPs in partnership with IEP teams and families
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration regarding student goals and progress
• Implement behavioral interventions and classroom accommodations as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program and legal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
