An opportunity is available for Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students in a full-time, permanent position within a school district located in Marysville, CA. This role focuses on providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements
- Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive learning environments
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and guardians
- Participating in professional development and district meetings as required
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid special education teaching credential for K-12 education
