What Were Looking For:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Proven experience working within a school environment (required)
- Comfortable managing elementary caseloads, including IEP development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable and organized, able to respond promptly to evolving needs
What Youll Do:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction to elementary students with diverse learning profiles
- Develop, review, and carry out IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
- Partner with families and specialists to support each students education journey
