Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic instruction to K-12 students in general education settings
  • Modify and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs, including those in Special Education
  • Assess student progress and provide ongoing feedback
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals and educational plans
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom culture
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding progress
