Job Description

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support students in a K-12 school setting in Keene, New Hampshire. The position is a full-time contract role for the school year, offering 35 hours per week. The primary focus will be case management and delivering special education services, without responsibilities for evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage special education cases and provide individualized support to students.
  • Develop and implement educational plans in collaboration with school staff.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings.

  • Availability to start immediately.
