Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education Teaching License in Michigan (required)
- Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Track and document student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized learning objectives
