Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License (required)
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children in special education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and therapists
- Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to lesson planning
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom atmosphere
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals

- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
