Job Duties
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student's academic and functional goals
Deliver specialized instruction using evidence-based teaching strategies
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress toward IEP goals
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Participate in ARD meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings
Modify curriculum and classroom accommodations to meet individual student needs
