Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Special Education Teacher certification

Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to elementary students within the Life Skills program
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a nurturing, structured classroom atmosphere that promotes student growth, independence, and positive behaviors
- Collaborate closely with classroom assistants, related service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor and document student progress towards IEP goals, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Utilize adaptive technology and evidence-based interventions to meet learners unique needs
