Role Responsibilities:

- Assess student skills and learning challenges, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment conducive to growth and inclusion
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Encourage self-advocacy, independence, and confidence in students
