An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in a public school setting located in Shelby, North Carolina. This full-time position involves working closely with students who require individualized education plans and specialized instructional strategies to foster their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to meet students diverse learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
