This opportunity is for two Special Education Teacher positions at an elementary school located in Fryeburg, ME. These full-time, onsite roles are ideal for educators with a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative environment. The contract is for the current school year (CSY).

Responsibilities include managing caseloads and providing tailored educational support. One position will serve as a 3rd grade case manager working with a caseload of 12 students and collaborating with two support staff. The second position will be a Life Skills teacher and case manager for a caseload of 6 students. Both roles require planning, implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), and fostering student growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for the state of Maine
• Experience managing caseloads and developing IEPs
• Ability to work onsite full time (37.5 hours per week)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
