Full-Time Special Education Teacher Opportunity near Frankfort, IL.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Special Education Teacher to work full-time with a school district near Frankfort, Illinois. This position focuses on supporting students in a resource room setting, helping them achieve their academic and personal growth goals for the current school year.

Requirements:

  • Illinois Special Education Teacher license in good standing.
  • Fingerprint clearance and background check.
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, following the school calendar.
  • Provide specialized instruction in a resource room setting.
  • Address the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
  • Adjust lesson plans and teaching approaches to suit individual student requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success.
