Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education
• Experience working with K-12 students in diverse learning environments
• Familiarity with Alabama IEPs and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to implement effective teaching strategies for students with varying needs

Location:

• Florence, AL

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and IEP goals
• Engage in regular communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress
