This is a full-time, contract opportunity delivering both push-in and pull-out services to young learners in an inclusive school environment. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) in Indiana
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations
• Strong understanding of IEPs and special education compliance
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners in both individual and group settings
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Classroom management expertise and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide push-in and pull-out special education services based on students needs and IEPs
• Develop, modify, and implement individualized lesson plans to support various learning styles
• Track and document students progress toward academic, behavioral, and social goals
• Consult and collaborate regularly with families, general education teachers, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Foster an equitable and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages growth for all students

This contract position is located near Mishawaka, IN, and offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay at $40 per hour. Youll become an integral part of a supportive school community, helping students reach their potential every day.
