Located in Elgin, IL, this role involves working directly with a small caseload of 6 to 8 early childhood students, supported by two paraprofessionals. The position offers a structured schedule, requiring onsite presence from 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Valid Early Childhood Education license with PEL.
• Strong background in special education, particularly with early childhood students.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff and families.
• Commitment to creating tailored educational experiences for each student.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to ensure effective classroom support.
