This position seeks a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated support to elementary and middle school students in a resource room setting. The role is based onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, within an elementary school environment. The contract assignment spans the current school year (CSY) and requires full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs in a resource room.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and educational professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education is mandatory.
• Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education laws, instructional methods, and classroom management.
• Ability to work onsite for 37.5 hours per week during the school year contract.
