An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support high school students with intensive needs. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week during the current school year under a contract arrangement. The role requires a committed educator experienced in special education and skilled in managing a caseload of students with intensive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with intensive special education needs.
• Deliver specialized instruction and support to high school students to promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable laws and school district policies related to special education.
