Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Special Education (SPED) License
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card
- Solid background in special education instruction, including experience with IEPs, student evaluations, and partnership with related service providers
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a school environment
- Strong teamwork skills and a capacity for effective communication
- Availability for a panel interview as part of an expedited hiring process
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students with diverse learning needs in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct thorough evaluations and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education programs
- Collaborate closely with other educators, therapists, and support staff to create a success-oriented learning atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice
