This role, spanning the academic year from August 2026 to May 2027, calls for a skilled Special Education Teacher with experience facilitating ARD meetings. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Special Education Certification (K-12 required)
• Demonstrated background as an ARD Facilitator, with proven experience managing ARD processes and documentation
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and ARD meeting protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work onsite and commit to 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize, facilitate, and document ARD meetings in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to develop and monitor effective IEPs
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure all timelines and documentation requirements are met
• Serve as a resource to staff and families, ensuring clear communication of ARD processes and student needs
• Support the ongoing development and implementation of best practices in special education
