A K-12 Special Education Teacher position is available for a contract during the current school year in Columbia, SC. This role requires providing tailored educational support to students with special needs, fostering their academic growth and social development within a diverse classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet student needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:
