Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with students individual goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom experience
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Provide guidance and support to students in developing social and behavioral skills
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
