This position is based in Cleveland, OH, and runs from as soon as possible until the end of the school year, requiring 20 hours of service per week.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both in-person and virtual teaching

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students, ensuring that instructional goals are met.
• Provide in-person instruction to one student requiring direct support due to health limitations, while also facilitating virtual lessons for another student.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to create a comprehensive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to promote successful outcomes.
