Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Adapt curriculum to meet the varying needs and learning styles of students with disabilities
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to ensure successful integration of students
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and compliance documentation
• Provide ongoing support and communication to families and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and other professional responsibilities
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote student growth, success, and confidence
