This full-time Special Education Teacher position for the 2025-2026 school year is based near Greenfield, MA, serving a middle school caseload with moderate disabilities students in grades K-12. The role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with staff and families, and supporting students academic and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with moderate disabilities across K-12
• Manage a middle school caseload, tailoring strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with moderate disabilities in a K-12 setting
