Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals

• Work collaboratively with general education teachers to foster inclusion and access
• Provide direct instruction in both individual and small group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating regularly with families and educational teams
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and IEP reviews
