Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License is required
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged learners preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
• Ability to create and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and develop lesson plans that address a range of learning abilities
• Work closely with other educators, aides, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Monitor student progress, update IEPs, and communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders
• Encourage independence and social-emotional growth through age-appropriate strategies
• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
