Job Description

Provide specialized instruction and support for elementary students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a dynamic school setting near Burlington, MA. This full-time contract role during the school year focuses on fostering an inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of students requiring moderate or severe special education services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Monitor and document student performance and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications:

  • DESE license in moderate or severe special needs required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings.
