Job Description

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an early childhood school near Mansfield, MA, focusing on grades 2-5. This contract role, spanning the current school year, requires a Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) license and a background in reading instruction or expertise as a reading specialist. The ideal candidate will provide targeted support to students with special needs, enhancing their academic growth and social development in a collaborative classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students in grades 2-5 with diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as necessary

Qualifications and Experience:
